The purpose of a building inspection is to verify compliance with the minimum safety standards set forth in the adopted codes. We analyze the building given its current usage, occupancy category, and location for seismic and wind effects. Based on our analysis performed we are able to confirm/verify compliancy and offer recommendations where applicable.
